It is my belief that learning a musical instrument can be highly beneficial for health, confidence, academic learning, and most importantly it is good fun and an enjoyable challenge. I also believe anyone at any age can enjoy playing a musical instrument.
I have been a piano and flute teacher in Solihull since 2016, and played recorder in early music groups during my university years. I currently teach in two local schools, as well as privately during evenings and weekends. I support pupils through graded exams (ABRSM, LCM and Trinity) as well as learning music for pleasure – not everything must be defined by an exam.
